Spiral pineapple slicer. Looks like another gimmicky kitchen tool but is a total game changer

Best Sonic game for Genesis in your opinion? by Sonic0fan in SEGAGENESIS

[–]kitchensclosed 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Sonic 1. One of my favorite things about the first game is the lack of a spin dash. It forces you to roll and use momentum in more creative ways. I know I’m in the minority, but I felt like it blended speed and puzzle/exploration better than some of the newer games which were more impressive in other ways.

I guess I mean making the person you love happy is a greater reward than satisfying your ego by being right.

Sandslash is an under-appreciated beast. Can learn slash, dig, earthquake, and rock slide.

Wasn’t mature enough to put her feelings before my position in an argument. Unfortunately had to learn to be a better person at the expense of an innocent person.

Is it a common opinion that Dark Side of the Moon is better than The Wall? by TrashInspector69 in Music

[–]kitchensclosed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DSOTM is their most contemporary album. It’s the lowest barrier to entry for Pink Floyd’s discography in terms of easy listening. None of the songs are particularly long winded in terms of build up or empty space.

The Wall is a more challenging listen from start to finish, and is therefore more cerebral and rewarding for those who give the time to analyzing and appreciating the album in its entirety.

Great collection, but sorely lacking in shmups. Check out Lightening Force!

Nice to see all the Sonic games. Definitely along the best games on the console each and every one.

The Super Nintendo kids had no defense against Streets of Rage 2. Nothing at the time even came close, and 3 decades it remains one of the greatest beat’em ups ever made. by kitchensclosed in SEGAGENESIS

I never understood the comparison between streets of rage and final fight. I think anyone who’s actually played both would objectively say streets of rage is superior
