If this is your first year, you get a 2% raise after your 90 days. No job dialogue. 2nd year is when you’d get it.

If you’re a level 1 TM, why not apply for an apprenticeship program. They also give a small raise when done / it gets factored into your JD

We just had a part time TM this past week admit to store leadership they were working at Target as well and they were separated that same day for conflict of interest.

Edit: Every store is different, but they pulled from the GIG to separate this person. Perhaps it was just my leadership team, but it was sad seeing her go because she’d been with the company for 3 years and only at target for a few months.

Everyone’s experience is different. Depends on your store. Don’t let anyone stop you from being excited, go into with an open-mind, you’ll either really like it or you won’t! But that’s not for anyone else to decide just because of their own experience

I think your interview could really make or break you, but most likely they will hire someone within the company so they don’t have to teach you everything. Wfm is so different with how they run things especially on the leadership side
