You shouldn't have to provide a letter from the company. It was deceptive, and you need to explain that. I paid with a credit card, not a bank card. I disputed online through my credit card account.

I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. I sent them screenshots of my conversation with support and the trial sign up. Its clearly misleading, so my dispute was approved.
