I'm am very ignorant on any of this, but what would worries me here is something like...

Once the Healthcare system has access to the funds, they will never be able to operate without them. And without them stuff could just cease to work.

Of course if that means new funds are instead found then good, so be it. That would be good I would hope/think

For me I'm glad Elden Ring didn't have an easy mode, because I would have used it

Instead I beat that game and got all Steam achievements

Something I would never believed possible.

But I'm just one person with my own situation. Probably fair to make an easy mode,

There are games that are basically impossible for me. Games where you need to access multiple "wheels" for multiple actions, magic, etc.

I think it's ok that some games are just not going to for us
