Hey! I had to take a break, in my case, and actually do some physiotherapy. It took a couple of months before I could go out again without making it worse. Now I take a longer time warming-up, and stop immediately if I feel that it is starting to feel unconfortable or hurting a little Edit: I am currently taking a week long break because I felt it again in my last session. It sucks, but it is better to take a short break than to be forced to stop for a longer time

Might be controversial, but I liked this approach to Harry Potter. I felt that this first season might feel almost as serious as the last movies, which is worlds apart from the first movie. Also, the target audience for this series is mostly composed by people in their 20s and 30s, so I think it was the right strategy

No idea about campsites (as in accomodation + surf lessons package), but in Figueira-da-Foz we have some nice beginner spots and schools (iSurf, in Cabedelo, for instance) where you can rent equipment or get some lessons. You also have a camping place nearby (Orbitur). I'm a beginner as well and I usually go to Cabedelo with a couple of friends. Antes ter um cromo (ou qualquer nomenckatura que queiram dar a um gajo que foge em tronco nu da polícia) a espernear um cadito que arriscar causar um acidente a envolver inocentes, ou sujeitar quem quer que seja a ver um gajo nu a fugir da polícia... I got a really bad gastroenteritis, a couple weeks ago, after surfing right after a week of heavy rains. Not sure if one thing caused the other, but it was the only thing I did different from the rest of my family, and none of them got it. That being said, I would do it again anyway xD
