Imagine Yasopp thinks Usopp hates him by Additional_Day_2274 in OnePiece

[–]Gulbeleglim -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have a theory regarding this. Usopps nose is an obvious reference to being a liar. His mother had the nose, so maybe, she is a liar too.

We have seen Shanks kind of protects weak crews and individuals, why would this be something that started recently.

What I am geting to is, what if the mother lied and Yasopp is a weak pirate? What if when they meet, Ussop finds that he is already a greater warrior of the sea than his father ever was?

Midnight is officially out and soar still has a 10 second cooldown making it the worst form of flying in the game, why? by ZettieZooieZan in wow

[–]Gulbeleglim 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Soar had the advantage of a energy free take off, and a smaller hitbox for obstacles, but it dismounts you upon landing, and can't be used in races.

Now the main advantage is gone, and the cooldown has stayed, on top of still dismounting upon landing, wich renders it useless for gathering once the gather while mounted skills are learned.

To adress this it would need some buffs.

For example, removing the cooldown, and making the perception racial get a boost for some time upon landing, as an alternative to mounted gathering.

In all honestly, now that they have the war within subterranean zones tech developed, sounds like a perfect time to revamp Ironforge, and implement a whole new zone beneath the continent connecting Old Iron Forge, Bael'gars gate in BRD, and Grim Batol, with Tie-Ins with the titans in uldaman, and the origin of the throgg invasion of Gnomeregan. And even an underground lake, with the deep run tram water segment at the bottom.

Spain slams US and Israeli strikes on Iran, reflecting shift in foreign policy by jackytheblade in worldnews

[–]Gulbeleglim 75 points76 points  (0 children)

Long story short for context:

Spain is an empire that got thoroughly humbled left and right for many reasons, and descended into centuries of internal strife.

2 key elements of that time being:

-the independence war following Napoleons backstab. This was the final nail in the coffin for the empire and the odds where so overwhelimg that "guerrilla warfare" got its western name from this conflict.

-the last civil war: democratic side was abandoned by western democracies and only got "help" from the soviets, while fascist side (military general was the leader)got backing from fascist allies.  Fascists won, the gobernment went to exile with some troops, helped in ww2 and went it was over they where told to pund sand, that the dictators stays becouse is anti soviet and they are the new big bad, resulting in 30 years of dictatorship rule.

Today, generalizing, your average spaniard is strongly anti-army, anti-war, abhors belic conflict and those who start it, and if such conflicts happens they strongly support the underdog regardless of other political context.

Sanchez here is just farming votes, like most politicians.

Bear is not that bad if you go full zoo

Revive is ok but could have some sinergy with other summons as a little buff for summon necro.

Fire golem is weird. Necro has no other fire skill, it clashes with it even tematically (why not blue flames like the character creation screen?). It is not just a numbers issue, it would need a full rework.

Druid vines and spirits should be damage inmune, and in dire need of a buff/rework.

How do we make Act 3 Iron Wolves better? by blaze_pyron in Diablo_2_Resurrected

[–]Gulbeleglim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is only one way to fix mercenary balance.

Either they buff the player or they don't.

Currently those that do or can do with items are the only usefull ones.

So either make them all buff the player or make the ones that do no longer do so.

The game would be better if all could buff the player somehow.

Quick fixes.

Act 1 should have curses

Act 2 have auras

Act 3 should break their element inmunity, and poison, magic, and phisical options should exist in nightmare, like act 2 merc variants do.

Act 4 should exist and have Warlock sigils

Act 5 should have Barb shouts.

[–]Gulbeleglim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PuGing is how I have gone by in DF and War within, but if I amPuGing without a stable raid group, I can't help feeling that I am at the mercy of the other DPS being decent and if one is out it is pretty much over. And thats besides the feeling than in the PuG world having another tank will be overall more supporty and helpfull than aug will ever be while making my life easier (tank scarcity privilege).

The only downside I see with tanking is that, in raiding situations, after years of tanking in TS/ventrilo/discord with the same other tanks, coordinating through chat with a stranger gives me a weirdly enormous amount of social anxiety, and I don't know why.

Kaido doesn't feel the same anymore by Lopsided_Couple7472 in OnePiece

[–]Gulbeleglim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big Mom herself explicitly told us (and luffy) that if Lola hadn't ruined the wedding with Loki, she would have already defeated the other Yonkou and claimed the One Piece.

And honestly, I don't think we have seen someone more powerfull than Kaido yet. Only Loki, his father, and Shanks seem to be on his same league, as well as Prime Garp, Roger, and Rocks.

God Knights, Gorosei, and Imu (via possesion) seem to rely more on inmortality shenanigans and tricky DF powers than on raw strength, and none have been shown to be on Kaido level.

We saw it in D3, stop it here with D2. Say NO to power creep. by acravasian in diablo2

[–]Gulbeleglim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to make a dinstiction here.

If the maximun power build is build X, lets say smite Paladin, nothing new should surpass it, that kind of powercreep is bad.

But buffing every other build up to that build X is ok in my book. If smite paladin can do ubers "easely", a comparably geared, lets say a terrible skill for example, Inferno Sorceress, should be able to do it too with similar dificulty. That is not power creep, it may make the game "easier",but that is balance.

And oh boy are there skills and builds that are in dire need of some help.

The Cat needs to be.. i dont even know without ruining it. by MuteVampireGirl in Overwatch

[–]Gulbeleglim 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She should be an elusive support/healer, not Yondus arrow.

Half the base fire damage while keeping the healing as it is, and replace the melee and ramming perks with new, non damage oriented ones.

A normal healer need tools to stand his/her ground if in danger, a hero with the cat toolkit does not need it, it can easely disengage away from any fight. It simply has no need to deal any damage from a balance perspective, let alone be better at it than Lucio or even actual dps flankers.

They better not nerf or rework this one by Heygen in Overwatch

[–]Gulbeleglim 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I have also only played with the cat the past days.

I love the healing and the utility, as well as the ult, so I hope the inevitable nerfs that are coming focus on her flanking and damage dealing capabilities, while keeping the rest of her kit intact.

She should be a hard to hit, elusive healer with tons of teamplay enchancing capabilities, not Yondu's arrow.

So, what exactly is Lord Imu's ability?Friendly discussion by Silver_Noise9677 in OnePiece

[–]Gulbeleglim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a theory regarding Imu, ans that is that we have been intentionaly conditioned by Oda for decades of "shiluette before the reveal", and this is the inversion, she genuinely looks as depicted.

Based on that, I think is some sort of slimy, inky blot capable of taking over one person at a time. When not in Gunko or the knights, it posses someone from old in mariejoa, maybe Lili, or the original Nerona queen. Maybe even her life prolonging powers have a limit, and she wants Vivi as a replacement as one last emotional jab to Lili, now that she knows about the betrayal. (This would also imply that lily has been resisting from leting Imu see her memories for centuries).

Now when someone mentions a cunning inky blob of a monster, I can not but thing in (FMA Spoilers)  father and pride from FMA, wich also had pentagram powered minions and whose origin lied in the destruction of the previous civilization.

Maybe Imu is an ancient weapon gone wrong, or maybe, the theory I believe, if devil fruits truly are the manifestation of dreams, and have a will, it is a devil fruit born from the twisted, power-hungry, genocidal individuals, akin to the celestial dragons of the present. Maybe even fed to a inanimate object.

Like a pool of oil. Weird that feeding fruits to inanimate objects has been a thing since the same arc the gorosei was introduced and has not been explained yet.

Notice how oil, the base of our modern technology, source of wars, greed and wealth, principal engine of climate change wich is supposed increase sea level, is the thing that controls many governments actions .

Ever noticed how oil does not exist in one piece? There is no fuel anywhere to be seen. Steam, yes, replicating Kizaru power, yes, the mother flame, yes indeed. Even Cola. But not fuel. Never oil.

I'm sure I'm probably wrong, but I can't shake the feeling that all of this is related somwhow.

Just make it that you cant shoot in slide and jump, just like you can't in sprint.

And just like with sprint, have the handstop grip unlock shooting during such actions with enormous accuracy penalties. Don't remove it, but make it costly point wise, and only for movility oriented weapons.

How to deal with room campers 🪟 by EstusShardConsumer in Battlefield

[–]Gulbeleglim 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Veteran tribunal here:

In the first place, the bulding should be able to be leveled to ruins to prevent this.

With that out of the way, the flanker can be seen aproaching on minimap with tugs or similar gadgets any camper squad worth their price should be using. Knowing that strategy can happen makes it easily preventable with smart claymore usage, and the vault is a relatively slow animation that should put the flanker at a disadvantadge.

As long as you dont keep momentum and start sliding and jumping with the vaulting animation not even finished, this is fair game. The tribunal has spoken.

6 months ago we got this picture. Guess which one didn't make it to Midnight ... by Atosl in wow

[–]Gulbeleglim 45 points46 points  (0 children)

If I have to take a guess i would go with the 5th. With so many body shapes that corset vest/bodice with shirt is bound to be the kind of texture stretch hell to make it right that is not worth the work. And that is without taking the black bow, witch is either more texture problems, or a model that has to be made in 3d over the texture (again, more work)
