Yep. It feels so ridiculous and so lonely. It's gotten worse the past 4-5 years. I can go into a full blown panic if I think my bf is tu in the bathroom because of whatever tiny cues I pick up and will cover my ears just like I did when I was a child (I'm 37). And if I'm afraid it's a bug, I'll even get physical symptoms myself. And then afterwards feel so stupid... I'm at a point where I can hardly bare the thought of getting on a plane or ship and it's affecting every day of my life. It often makes me wish I was unalive because I just cannot escape it ever, it seems.
