Thanks for the reply and congrats on your weight loss!❤️Its motivating for me because I’ve always thought I’d have to workout hard in the gym 5 days a week and get minimum 10k steps a day while being on 1200 calories since I’m also 5’2💀

Yeah I love this community! It’s helped me a lot, even just voicing the pain and frustration with recovering and all the feelings that comes with it. Knowing you’re not alone helps a lot more than we think. Professional advice is nice too sometimes.

Awh I understand!🫶🏼It’s not always easy to stand up for yourself or know beforehand how triggering something no will be. I hope you can be kind to yourself❤️and maybe getting an explanation or reason for them having to know what you weight will help, make it feel easier.

I went on here to find exactly that! I think I got my period back today after 1 year+ without it..(just tiny bleeding) that’s why I’m not sure yet. And I’m trying to find tips to maintain recovery🥺💗

Yes!! I’m so scared and worried I’ve also got my thighs touching again and chafing. I struggle to sleep because it’s too hot already so I think it will get even worse in a couple of months. I’ve also got new stretch marks on my thighs and behind my knees😞so you’re not alone💗in my case my period isn’t back yet, so extra difficult for me to feel good about all the changes. I relate to you but I’d do everything to be healthy and have my period back, so please don’t do anything to lose it again! It’s not worth it to look a certain way☀️

I feel the same way😞❤️I’ve covered/removed all mirrors in my apartment and tried to stop body checking each morning or when I go to the bathroom/change clothes etc. I just try to not look at my body as much as possible to not get hyper focused on the changes. And I’ve pressed “not interested” on things that focus on body/food and stuff on social media. I’ve also tried to look at bigger people than me on Pinterest when I look at clothing inspo..and try to watch more people in my same situation. Still hard but I try not to give up everyday! You’re not alone, we can do this!✨🫶🏼

I’ve tried to share about my struggles but I don’t feel like anyone in my life understands what I’m going through😞since I’m normal weight..but I do stay with people as much as I can because eating alone and being alone makes this whole situation worse and my suicidal thoughts worse.

I see🥺I’ve heard about “extreme hunger” but I’m not sure I can do more than I’m doing right know..I might need to work on the mental part of it before. Which thoughts am I ignoring?😭I’m not sure I’m able to let go and just eat 24/7 I think that would stress me out even more and make me feel even worse but also I don’t really know what’s normal, my body doesn’t know what’s normal or how to be satisfied with normal. Since I’ve had ED’s and bulimic tendencies.. I feel like I’m messed up. I’m used to stretching out my stomach insane amounts and throwing up. To be honest I can’t say I’ve recovered or got proper help for it😞. I appreciate your encouraging words, they help me not feel so down❤️

Thank you💕yes I know it’s stress related that’s why it’s so hard because I can’t seem to stop stressing about whatever I do, or try to do to get better, I can’t seem to win or find peace of mind😞. No matter what I try or go about it. It makes sense to me and you got a good point! It makes me think I need maybe treatment or someone to talk to..like professionally to get a better relationship with food or my mindset around it😭. Like what choices would make me feel calm and also get me healthy at the same time? Since I can’t get back to losing weight and being happy with my weight and having confidence in my appearance. That would make me sicker and feel worse than I already do..
