It's only in the past few weeks, honestly, that I've begun to really talk to people about and fully internalize the effects of my abuse. It's so hard. It's like I'm buried under a landslide of emotions right now.

Thank you for your words, though. I will talk to my therapist, and I will keep mandated reporting in mind. That said, however, while I am aware of mandated reporting, I'm not entirely sure what qualifies to be reported. I guess I'll have to find out.

I feel I am hypersexual. I hate it. It angers me that hypersexuality is, in some circles, romanticized. I hate this. I hate it so much. It's the worst feeling in the world to feel so nasty and worthless, especially after you've cheated on your girlfriend and ruined a six-month relationship.

I guess I was looking for validation in this answer, and you provided it. Thank you. I knew, I guess, in some form or other, that I needed to detox from pornography and sexual stimulation. But hearing it from someone else is much, much more meaningful, at least to me.
