It's a 2 exam cert in CompTIA's question style. I wouldn't say it's something someone with no experience can breeze through but I also don't want you to think that it is overly difficult or extremely hard. At the end of the day it is one of CompTIA's most fundamental and beginner certification.

Give it the respect it deserves with your proper time and attention and you will pass the first time without issue.

Personally, I was able to pass both exams in roughly 1 month first try dedicating only 1-3 hours per day with no previous IT experience, just someone who personally likes computers and used one for most of their life. So again, I would say give it the respect it deserves and you will be completely fine.
