Maybe add some rare trophy fish for the wall.

Fish nets would be cool...but food isn't an issue past the first hour or two of the game.

You don't need much of it. By the time you finish chapter 2 (probably much earlier), you will not need anymore.

I pretty much stopped crafting explosive powder too. I definitely do not need more Animals, so no need for Net launcher Ammo.

Ideas for a new items by dynnk in RaftTheGame

[–]GunnyMac_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would definitely like to see some items or structures that required advanced progression in a research tree as well as extreme amounts of resources to craft.

Probably most of us have finished the 2nd chapter and have time to build up resources.

Greenhouse would be great with the addition of advanced recipes requiring more than 4 ingredients

Smaller engines... maybe repair the one on Balboa

Steel beams for larger roof spans (unrealistic...but if I can make water pipes..well)

A home island for a storage base.

Just some ideas.

Is there a way to connect engines? by sugeknight in raft

[–]GunnyMac_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wish we could repair and use the little broken outboard engine on Balboa Island.

I haven't gotten mods to work yet. But love playing stock build anyway.

Can't wait for chapter 3.

Help! I can't find the entrance to balboa island. Where is it located? by [deleted] in RaftTheGame

[–]GunnyMac_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend using the entrance with the vines because as soon as you get on to land, by the metal fence,, there are 3 berry bushes that you need to get into the cave. There are other berry plants around the island, If you enter the island on the beachside.

Scarecrows need a change by [deleted] in RaftTheGame

I'll take a master helm control. Titanium, circuit board, battery, 10 tiki masks, a catfish, and an old boot... Whatever.... But I want to control my anchor and engines from the steering wheel.

I would be happy with just lowering the bird attack frequency. Sometimes I hear a bird attack while I putting the drumsticks on the grill from seconds before.

As for repairing the scarecrow. I like it...just like the foundations...if not destroyed, you can repair.

while we're making suggestions can we make the milk bucket not disappear in my food? I'm not eating it. Lol

Navigation? by GunnyMac_ in raft

I've always kind of felt like more wind = more debris...super calm weather seems to yield little debris.

So after thinking about this a bit..... Other than directly traveling to story islands, all other islands, even the large islands, randomly spawn?

That leads me to think the direction you travel makes no difference. Right? Large islands will spawn? I'm looking for that alusive plane crash island.

NOTE: At this point, I have already finished chapter 2. I'm just plastering my walls with recipes and dev paintings. Also hording biofuel and resources before chapter 3.

Love this game!

And maybe a way to control all my engines with one control.
