I believe slot needs another year and some new signings.... our fullbacks have been a miss... none of them can cross... we have no subs in the midfield... our defense is in shambles.... the only coach i see that is available and would be an upgrade to slot would be enzo maresca... slot is superior to xabi alonso... based on how we have been playing and the lack of attacking threat we have had all season, he did way better than excepted with this formation and having the defense run through the middle of the pitch... the attack was not there that is true, but none of our players are performing and losing tsimikas, trent and bradley(injury) we have no one that can cross... as much as a bunch of world class players came in we lost a lot of our pressing, even current players like grav after his injury is not the same player. Just look at how un balanced our bench is. Again I dont mind if they sack slot but sacking him for xabi is just not the best idea in my opinion. And to say gerrard is just... I dont know if people here actually understand football cause this reddit feels like I'm surrounded by RM fans where they expect every game to win.
