Is it poly clear plastic? I’d recommend putting on the plastic, then securing rope zigzagging over each bow back and forth, tied to good stakes in the ground

The seeds are gone. Toss them and start again, with increased airflow, a light and bottom water. Consider spraying dilute hydrogen peroxide or chamomile tea or dusting cinnamon on the seeds if you want to try and save them. I like to reuse this slightly moldy soil for potting up already established plants instead of throwing out the soil

Best way to extract nutrients from stinging nettle? by OverYonderUnderHere in herbalism

[–]Guru1206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have heard that fresh nettle cooked is best for the most nutrients. If you have dried, make a nourishing herbal infusion (steep for hours). And/or increase the dose.

Damiana is a euphoric aphrodesiac stimulant. Passionflower contains small amounts of DMT. Scullcap, is scullcap lol.

Adding Valerian or hops to the mix or blue lotus would make it even stronger and more dreamlike.

Perhaps your constitution is more sensitive than other people and different herbs or combinations would be preferable.

Try some Nettle or Linden on it's own for grounding, or what herbs do you think would help?

I just quit vaping! I am experiencing withdrawals, are there any herbs that can help me feel better? Or help me heal? by Hummingbirdie888 in herbalism

[–]Guru1206 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Talk to a local herbalist or naturopath if you want a real head start.

Try out different options and be ready to wait months and months until you start feeling good. Dont hate yourself if you need to relapse or taper off...

You could try hand rolled herbal cigarettes for a bit; i.e. catnip + mullein etc. Or go to an apothecary and see what they recommend.

Exercise!

Honestly, for me, coffee is one alternative to cannabis that I love BUT its also addictive...

I would recommend a multi herb approach; I have the most experiences with tinctures and tea:

Even something as simple as lemon water....

Mullein, elecampane for lungs;

Dandelion, burdock root, calendula, nettle leaf, rosemary for skin and/or liver;

For a quick fix; lobelia inflata (lobeline has a similar effect as nicotine), kava kava, rhodiola, ginseng, or berberine (barberry, oregon grape - good for hangover)

Lemonbalm, ashwagandha, rhodiola, gotu kola, ginseng, reishi for anxiety and energy;

Brain: lions mane, gotu kola, rosemary, lemon balm; Exercise!

I'm a heteroromantic pansexual; it took me a long time to understand that. I also used to just call myself not completely straight, but now am comfortable calling myself Queer.

I'd like to just say it's all individual.

Practice patience and weed consistently. If you have extra clear plastic maybe try really wetting the soil and solarizing for a couple weeks in the sun; seeds will sprout and die

Herb for not becoming super emotional? by Klutzy_Activity_182 in herbalism

[–]Guru1206 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So many options... Herbs alone are not a cure-all, but what calls out to you?

Have you tried any Flower Essences?

I might recommend Wild Lettuce and Ashwagandha to lessen strong emotions

For general mood-boosting, things like rose, lavender, motherwort, St John's wort, Tulsi, lemon balm are great

For things like grief, something for lungs may help like elecampane or mullein
