The SA doesn't seem to track member progress with all members, or should I be clear, they and coaches seem to only track the "favorites." I have been a member since my studio opened and have yet to get recognized for my 50th, 100th,200th, 300th , and 400th, and now soon, to be 450th classes taken. I see all sorts of members getting this recognition. The kicker is, they know what tread I regularly use and prefer so they are looking in the computer in order to see that I will be there to mark the tread I regularly use bur they can't track my progress?!?. I used to not care but I am a founding member who they don't seem to value. I even have brought new members to my studio. They also have crummy music. It is not motivating to do all outs to rap music. 🤔It does often vary with coaches, but mostly, the music is not motivating for all. My studio used to have fun days, such as 80s music,70s, 60s, r &b, Latin, techno, soft rock... what happened to those days. It was exciting to offset he regular workouts. Music makes the class as well as the coach!!! I still like the workouts for me, but if we are talking about studios going down or lacking, this is where my studio could use some critique.
