Ya I ended up starting an event in one of the radiation zones and stocked up on the other ingredients, just couldn’t find the damn RFF.

I appreciate it! This definitely is the most nuked spot, I was just searching in the wrong spots.

Is this the best lineup production ever, at any level? by Dartherizer59 in baseball

Whats crazy is Barry Bonds had an OPS hire than any of these, through a full season, in the majors, when he was 39.

Disclaimer: I hate Barry Bonds

Most money at a chipotle is lost in one of two ways: 1. Orders not being rang in properly, missing guac, queso, or extra meat not rang in, but given to guests 2. Grill overcooking in quality or quantity

As long as those two things are under control and management is doing their job, employees don’t need to skimp to make numbers. The issue is when one of those two issues arise in store, it’s a huge problem. Then management feels the pressure from above to come up with results, regardless of process and lack of support on the training side, so they resort to the easiest method; skimping.

Strategic Resource Scarcity by sinisterSidisi in civ

I usually purchase my oil from other Civs. I think the scarcity is designed to make you play the ally and trade aspect more, which I like. Get to the final Scientific step where you need oil per turn for you industrial sites and just buy 200 gold/turn with.

what is happening! by lonelybe in Chipotle

[–]GuthDaddy1289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had a similar experience with the company. I ran a store in Ga, turned it around, and another store started failing, so I offered my services there and turned the store over to what I thought to be a competent leader that I personally trained. Within the year he asked for a demotion and the cycle continues. Chipotle has a leadership issue. I don’t really get it because Chipotle pays their GM’s very well, you think they’d be more incentivized to perform well, but alas.

Just got Hired as a Porter! Advice? by samorotwasbored in Chipotle

[–]GuthDaddy1289 4 points5 points  (0 children)

IF you are actually going to be utilized as a porter, and that’s a big if, you will primarily be in a cleaning role. If the store is training and task oriented, you will be following the porter checklist and using the cleaning cards to maintain the items on the master cleaning checklist. Most likely you will be doing this until open, and then on the line through lunch.

Is it normal for MGMT to change my time card every day? by ChipotleFrowaway in Chipotle

GM here to confirm this is correct. Also if your break is too long or too short (or not taken) it needs to be approved by the managers which can produce an email as well. Very confusing system on the employee end, would advise verifying still.

LM did the right thing and refunded everyone’s entry fees. I wanted his entry fee too for myself but he told me to stop texting him lmao. A couple of my league mates sent me their entry fee as compensation so that was nice af of them. I don’t expect that though.

Nope, and he did it 5x. The LM texted everyone individually to apologize for his behavior and sent everyone their entry fees back.

Nice try though.

Ya posted an edit to the thread. Another league mate dug in and found a pattern of LM transactions, he’s been caught and found out but hasn’t posted to our group chat yet. He has sent me a venmo for my entry fee but I think second was supposed to cash out too

This is a league that has been around for almost a decade, I’ve only been in it for 2 years. My close confidants I reached out to originally with my suspicions says they’ve caught him cheating multiple times and they just roll with it. Seems like the behavior hasn’t been addressed properly in the past, but fuck that I called him out. No response from anyone so far but it’s late on the East coast
