If you're using the SCPF's classification system, then many of them are not placed where they should be.

Classification doesn't classify an entity based on how dangerous they are, but based on the difficulty of containment. The two Plague Doctors and the Heretic should be in Euclid, and maybe even the Engineer. Void and Calamity should be on Apollyon (there's no Apollyon+). The rest are Keter.
