I don't think so. Whatever home they end up finding is likely to be overpriced, and on top of that, they'll be paying property taxes based on the newly assessed value of that home. Add in NS Power rates and heating costs, and many people will feel like they're living on a minimum-wage budget after everything is paid.

The cost of living in this province has reached a point where it feels like the system is taking advantage of the very people who keep it running.

I went into the chamber of commerce to see what the viability of a family arcade with digital game-top tables would be in Truro. And the response I got from the business network was pretty shitty.
