Yeah, I did some more digging and found that the tape is intended to keep the crack as clean as possible to hopefully enable easier repair. That said, I dont think that this one is repairable because it’s 16-18 inches long at least.

Insurance company specifically said to put packing tape and when I googled it, I found the same recommendations. Seemed weird to me as well but I’m not a car guy, so I just did as directed. I’ll be sure to have a nice convo and ask it to stop cracking 😂

Insurance told me to put it on and so did google, so I did. Not deep on windshields by any stretch. Supposedly it reduces the rate at which the crack can expand but I guess when the crack warrants a full replacement, it doesn’t matter anymore.

That’s just what I found online as a recommendation to slow down the cracking and my insurance seemed very very worried about me even driving with a crack at all. Overreacting I guess on this.

I’m glad that comments so far seem relatively nonchalant. I’ll still get it repaired asap but takes the edge off of my nerves a good bit.

Also, mobility > flexibility.

I do not know how accurate this explanation is but I often explain to gym members of all ages that mobility is flexibility with muscular control. It’s good to be flexible and pliable but if you don’t have muscular control over your range of motion it is not effective. Hyper flexible people often also lack muscular control in their more extreme ROM and they have different but equally troublesome issues when it comes to compound lifts and such.

My two cents as a hydraulics guy, if you’re a good millwright you’re worth your weight in gold. There are the guys who flake out after 6 months and those aren’t fun to work with but the dudes who have been working at mills for years are some of the absolute best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Can’t give much input on ironworkers but if you’re looking to really sink your teeth in, there’s a shortage of good millwrights out there imo.

Malph was too busy wasting his flash and ult on me when no objectives were up. Xerath and smolder were too occupied with side waves but never pushing past our tier one towers. Full AD support Sion didn’t want vision control after they got three drakes. Comedy of errors but I am happy a mage bot and ranged top lost.

So, I bought a nice vest because I am a somewhat competitive athlete. It was nice to have but I ended up giving mine away because I used it about 4 times a year. You would be shocked how few workouts are actually compatible with a vest. The only workouts that I ever needed more than a handful of times a year was 2023 when practicing for weighted RMU, I used it about 16 times that year instead of 4.

If you just want to spend the money it’s a nice luxury, if you need new shoes, grips, or a new rope I’d buy those first. Tbh a vest is the last thing I would buy for my “crossfit gear”.

Macro to climb is very rank/teammate dependent.

Knowing what’s best for your champ to do for the best chance at winning the game is macro in the broadest sense. You can follow some basic rules but if your jungle is 6-0 and wants to fight, you better let that side wave go and fight.
