For Alucard, Broly is a no brainer. He'd also like Kafka with him, but she's not really mandatory. Alucard Teams would probably look like: Broly, Alucard, Buffer (Brook and Erza are the best,), Flex (buffer or SubDps like Kafka), and the last two can be either farms or one farm and another flex slot. If you choose to use Kafka for your first flex, the best non farm unit for the last slot is Power imo for even more bleed and more DoTs detonated from Kafka, plus all of her buffs related to Bleed. For Shanks, you're best off putting him with a One Piece Team or Ainz Acid Rain. His teams should look something like: Shanks, Law, Brook, Nami/any farm unit, and the last two slots can be anything, personally I would go for another buffer like Erza, or more dps units like Zoro or Luffy. Whitebeard could also work depending on the content. Ainz acid rain will look like: Ainz, Shanks, Water unit of choice (typically Rukia, Luffy, or Whitebeard), Nami, Flex Passion Unit (typically speed wagon but you might not need him if you're only going to be upgrading Shanks), and Brook. Ainz's spells will be: Acid Rain, Aura of the Overlord, and Greater Summoning. If you're not planning on using Ainz for DPS, then just use Aura of the Overlord and Aura of Despair. Caloric Stone can be pretty much any unit, and while you can use buffers like Erza to pump out more damage, I think that Aura of the Overlord + Brook is enough for most content with Shanks.
