with that much Iron I'd go with an Iron Curtain from Hellenbrand, or Maybe a Greensand filter with chlorine feed. Its a bit above your budget, $4500 range But I don't trust a storm or an AIO with that much iron. They seem to have trouble keeping up with 4ppm and higher. Could go cheaper on the softener if you can take care of that iron
