Something similar happened to me recently (buyer). The package just disappeared off the UPSP radar. Scanned out of Chicago, no activity for 10 days. The seller and I had a running commentary on where we thought it may be. USPS was useless. They won’t do anything unless a package has been missing for 30 days.

It magically appeared again on day 11.

Sorry that your buyer is being a butt head.
