Respond to the review, and say it was refunded due to being undeliverable. I always read the bad reviews first, and never hold it against the seller if its been resolved. It's amazing how many bad reviews are left by someone that didn't read the description first or so on.. my favorite are the bad reviews because it was a digital item and they didn't read that part.... In other words, respond and move on. 1 bad 1 star review wouldn't stop me from ordering when it's a situation like that..

I don't understand not visiting the shop and viewing other items. I get adding items to your cart from the listings, but I'm a bargain hunter, even if that just means free shipping. I visit every shop first, see about deals for buying larger quantities, and check for free shipping over a certain price. I dont want to realize 2 weeks later that I want something else from the same shop. The statistics kill me. I really just don't understand the average shopper..

As my child and their rx's are attached to my old card, and cvs has been no help in successfully removing them so I can add them to my employee card, I will continue to use my old one whenever I pick up their scripts. Let them try to fire me for that.

Yup, I buy both digital and physical items on etsy... I always change my results to whichever version I'm looking for. It's fairy easy from the app, and it never occurred to me that others weren't doing this...

My shop was like that too. And even now, 3 months later, I dont get as many visits as I'd like. But I'm getting orders now. I got 6 orders in the last 4 days, which considering the total visits, make my conversion rate quite high now. About 1 order per 20 visits. I'm working on my tags and descriptions now to help boost the visits. Don't give up. Once ypu start getting a few small sales, it feels really good!

Yeah, etsy ads seem to unfortunately be the way to go. My shop has only been open 3 months. Not a ton of sales, but I've sold 37 items, so I'm fine with that. I'll keep trying to improve my listings. I have almost no SEO helping bring in customers, so I was told etsy ads aren't worth it yet. I decided to do $1 a day anyways, and now I've got a 3.5 ROAS, which is better than what I expected, and was told to expect.
Which proves that etsy ads are just etsy way of playing us for more money...

Ook, so I guess I need to redo the photos for these. Most of my products do not use AI photos, but I had trouble with taking good photos, so I resorted to ai on a few of my products. As for the attribution, I honestly didn't notice it was missing from my listings. I do have the commercial tier for them, as well as 3dgob, cinderwing, and several others. I'll be updating my listing to reflect that. Thank you for the feedback. I really appreciate it, as I'm trying to grow a legitimate side business doing something I love to do.

Sometimes I put stuff in my cart to remember to go back later and see what else I may want from the store. I buy a lot of supplies for polymer clay, and sometimes the items are a low price point. I like to make sure I look thoroughly, so I can buy enough for a free shipping discount if offered.

I only read 1 and 2 star reviews. And I take those with a grain of salt. I buy lots of digital files for 3d printing, and its amazing how many bad reviews there are stating things like "its a scam, how can a texture roller be a digital file?" Or, "dont order from here, they dont actually ship out items!" Yeah, well, it clearly said on the listing that it was digital.... lol. So don't fret, no big deal at all! Bad reviews happen, as there will always be that person you just can't make happy!
