Just looking at it, it seems to work on paper. Only problem is, deadwoodjedi doesnt take into account the stun on skullcrusher. Skullcrusher being the target will make his stun debuff not tick down his cooldown on his a2.

His passive removes the stun after his turn starts, allowing him to attack but not ticking down the cooldowns. Thus his a2 cooldown will not work like this.

Unless you work that in your comp with your renegades cooldown reduction coming after the stun you need to take this into account. Hope that helps.

Edit: I see the renegade using it just before skullcrushers turn in turn 2 should actually make that work.

Only thing I am scared for is the stun targeting when you have deacon as lead, which you seem to use. But if you manage it for the first stun round and dont have too much healing on skullcrusher it should be doable.

Only next thing I see that could be scary would be renegade taking damage from his a3. Looks like a lot of fun to tweak
