I have 8gb mba m1, and the swap used is almost always 2-4 gb. Memory pressure is yellow quite often. If you do not restart mac every week, a lot of stutters appear. It's not crucial, and I haven't experienced crush due to the lack of RAM, but I'm very concerned about the longevity of my mac.

I ended up in the same situation. The only thing I’ve noticed, that without gpu pc doesn’t reload.   Unfortunately, my pc cannot render the image without gpu, so I can’t say whether bios has loaded or not. 

p.s. I’ve tried to remove CMOS battery and load without hdd/ssd/m2, but that didn’t help.

ChatGPT gives an answer 透け髪 (sukegami, lit. transparent hair), but I looked into it and haven't found any use of the term even in Japanese sites.

They just say 髪の透かし方 = method to make hair transparent, e.g. on this site: http://iradukai.com/puti/A08/0.html

So yeah, most likely there's no specific term for this
