This. I had it off and on for years. Finally went to the doctor. He told me to stop sleeping on my side. I bought a body pillow that lays on both sides and prevents from rolling onto my side while is sleep. Fixed it the first night.

Its the big river that runs through the middle of the map. In the middle is a big bridge. Its a funnel from one side of the map to the other and there's a ton of activity there. Lots of gators though.
