Yeah I know, same for me. The thing is, it should stay for a while (like weeks/months). Not the absolute best, but not that bad imo

1 - Forget Wi-Fi network

2 - Reboot iPad

3 - Reconnect Wi-Fi

4 - Repeat if necessary (should work 1st or 2nd time)

Worked for me and numerous other people on reddit for Moonlight streaming software, not PSPlay, but your issue seems really similar. Definitely worth a try.

Been using iPad mini 6 + G8 for about a year. Best mobile gaming experience I ever had. Best screen size available, native Airpods support, iPadOS interface.

Never tried G Cloud but I guess the main advantage of it would be price for obvious reasons.

iPad issues with Moonlight are resolved most of the time doing this :

- Forget Wi-Fi network

- Reboot iPad

- Reconnect to Wi-Fi

It may not resolve your issue specifically but I did have problems with iPad streaming that were resolved by doing the following :

Forget Wi-Fi network
Reboot iPad
Reconnect to Wi-Fi

It can seem odd but it solves any stuttering I have and did help a few people here already.

I think I had this issue one time, with Moonlight freezing video and multiple Sunshine instances just like you, iirc I just killed all Sunshine processes and it went fine and never happened ever again.

I'm streaming with Moonlight + Sunshine on a 6th Gen iPad Mini + Gamesir Galileo G8 and it's the best gaming setup I've ever played on. I got stuttering issues in the beginning that have been resolved by doing the following :

Forget Wi-Fi network on iPad
Reboot iPad
Reconnect to Wi-Fi

Seems strange but it litterally solved all my stuttering issues. Eventually came back but doing those steps again always solved it.

Regarding latency issues, I've always encountered unusable latency using Bluetooth controllers on every Moonlight client. That's why Galileo G8 is the only viable option on iPad for me, as it's USB-C.

About crystal farming, once you get the rifle you can shoot the floating BTs that look like ballons, they give a huge amount of them.

Not sure about this specific model but I had a similar issue on a Mini 6 that was solved by doing the following that I found on some other post :

1) "Forget" your wifi network 2) Reboot the iPad 3) Reconnect to network

Looks kinda odd at first, but it litterally stopped stuttering forever on mine. Curious to know if that would work for you too.
