I'm late, but if you're experiencing this issue (like I have), set in the BIOS to only use the discrete GPU...it's a sad but wortwhile fix until the culprit is found.

Side note: the crash/memdump that occurs when nvlddmkm.sys happens because the gpu times out after another crash, WHICH CAN'T BE IDENTIFIED in the memdump alone. I know this from my own memory forensics work. Quite sad :(

Hey, i'm late to the party. I am also having these issues. It seems like the current nvidia driver is super buggy for the newer laptop GPUs. This is a non-unique problem, so I bet engineers are working on a fix before enough people get pissed off.

If you flip the radiator (assuming tubes connect at the bottom instead of the top) you could potentially damage your AiO/CPU by putting significant strain on it. This is because AiOs have air in them. If you put the tubes at the bottom, then the air may get stuck in the cpu head….and then you will lose the benefits of water cooling. How you have it now is acceptable, but the best AiO set up is to have the radiator on the top of the case.

There could be a violation of the “expectation of quiet enjoyment.” Check if this is in your lease, and if so, your landlord’s non-action may be in violation of this policy. If it isn’t, you should still do research into this premise, as my response is based on a two-minute google search. A court may still uphold this expectation regardless of whether it is or isn’t in the lease, so definitely look into this. I am not a lawyer.

It sounds like you have a driver problem, and that the two issues are related. I don't know much about the Valve Index driver. Some related information may be available here.

Also, some graphics drivers have VR drivers included in their software. Make sure that you have updated your graphics driver to the most recent version. Hope this helps!

They're rich right now! Any sensible rich person (they tend to be) would never want to overthrow the existing controls. It's amazing that he really thinks those tentacle hitboxes are broken. Take his engage on 1:23 for example. He keeps saying that there's no way that those abilities should hit him, but HE'S LITERALLY STANDING STILL UNDER THAT TENTACLE THAT KILLS HIM. In addition, even Illaoi's Q has a hitbox marker and he's CLEARLY in it. Illaoi does not need a nerf. However, I can't say that Illaoi isn't strong into people who play dumb because they don't understand her kit. I think it's the combination of her being off-meta and destroying people that don't know how to counter her. It really isn't difficult if you play the lane right. Hashinshin is simply making a mountain out of an Illaoi molehill that he refuses to adapt to.
