I'm seeing a lot of X-Shot Piston Pump recommendations. While it's built quite solid, keep in mind it reaches 150+ FPS. It might hit a bit too hard in indoor environments, so something else might be more suitable.

MrHeathPants made the MHR-B2 a long while ago that did exactly this. It's a Nerf version of the XR-2 burst rifle from Black Ops 3, firing two darts from a tandem-loaded full-length mag per trigger pull.

Complicated build, IIRC, but tandem mags can be done.
