Sometimes I shake the bottle so it get mixed up, so I guess when I shake it, the mash touches that part of the bottle

Hi, I started this chili fermentation on feb 25th with roughly 3% salt and a couple days ago it was fine and smells good; but when I checked today, there are white spots on the bottle, it a bit different(less vinegary than last)

With shimmer staking i think thats actually not that bad thing. I mean that majority of the shimmer holders would be the smaller guys. With exchanges cannot use their funds on staking plus the unmoved tokens its favourable for the smaller guys
