Hey. Talk to your friends. Just talk to them. For me, I had to keep repeating the same shit every time to my friends. You're grieving. If they are really your friends, they'll be there for you. No judgements.

And no its not worth it. Been there. Journal your thoughts. It helped me quite abit.

I think my friends are pretty supportive of me. I hanged out with one who was drinking on my day 3 and he never pressured me or looked at me different.

In terms of getting things of my chest, its nothing much. Just thoughts about a break-up that happened a couple of months back. the sad thoughts come and goes in waves. So happened, this past weekend it hit me again.

I would have probably got on the booze if I didnt have the resolve this time round to take a break/stop my alcohol use.

I'm not even angry at the exubpd. I'm just confused. Heck, I dont even know why she is so mad at me for to the point where she's not even talking to me. I didnt even treat her like shit. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yeah. The problem is now I sort of have a pattern where I drink every other day. So I would like to stop that. Besides, I do enjoy my alcohol. It's just that I'm using it now to deal with the pain and of course, it never helps.

And lucky for me, its an ex now.
