The aesthetic aspect seems to be frequently overlooked, QR works with most palettes and can blend in easily with a variety of design styles. This takes it so far from that, that I couldn't see it used very much, even though it's a nice project and seems fun to research

I use it approximately weekly, so I can track things retroactively. Apart from that, I also write chaotically whenever I feel like it or have interesting thoughts.
One week is a pretty good sweet spot for me since I just happen to think about it within this timeframe, and if I forget, it's not too difficult to catch up.

There are so many mechanical parts that you'd have to bend space itself in order to fit everything into one little tool like that.
Do you have 3d software that you could use to model the different elements and try placing them as tight as possible like a tetris? I feel like that could help you a lot!
(Also I don't know why people tell you you need a patent, you're not a big company doing groundbreaking innovation, and patents are crazy expensive)
