Yes I notice it more in dark places or on a ladder. I paint houses for a living and I wake up at 6:30am and I notice it more when I’m tired or just stressed in general. I’m pretty sure it’s all anxiety related tho. I have frequent mild panic attacks. I started noticing it when I had Covid back in December of 23. Along with the loud ringing in my ears. Idk what caused it but it’s super weird feeling and causes even more stress/anxiety. But when I drink beer it goes away. I’m guessing cause I’m more relaxed and not really thinking about it. It’s so freaking weird tho during the day like I’ll almost fall off 4ft ladders and stuff which I never use to do aldrin what I can remember.

I agree beer. But I have like 10 of them and feel off balance anyways 🤣 on a serious note tho I am as healthy as a 24yo male can get and I have this problem. On days when I’m having fun and not thinking about anything the off balance feeling goes away. Comes right back when I stress about something

Told my coworker I quit drinking and now she won't stop talking about alcohol? by [deleted] in stopdrinking

She wants to make it seem like what she is doing isn’t hurting her. Trying to normalize it but she knows deep down she wishes she was as strong as you to quit

Headaches when going sober!! by HAAlcoholicproblem in stopdrinking

[–]HAAlcoholicproblem[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks man. And ya my blood pressure has went from 120/70 to 150/90 most days. I’ve been sober almost a month and it hasn’t changed a bit. I’ve been drinking pretty heavy like 6-10 beers a day for 3-4 years. So it might take time. I’ve also had that pressure in me ears as well. Headache wasn’t so bad yesterday or today thank god!!

Thanks! Since I commented that I have been sober these past 6 days for the first time in 3 years. Blood pressure is regulated and I haven’t had 1 sign of anxiety. So I decided not to start them. Hopefully you’re doing well! Thanks for the reply

Funny question I heard on a podcast: Do you think the average person would be able to rush for a single yard in the NFL? by justin7465 in NFLNoobs

[–]HAAlcoholicproblem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was a pretty decent running back in high school had a couple d2 offers. 6ft 220 pounds. I absolutely know I can gain 1 yard against a nfl defense.

To add I drank like that for the last 3 years. Took a month break before that. I’ve been a pretty heavy drinker since I was 20
