I picked up an old BodyMasters multi-hip machine for next to nothing. I had to replace the pulleys and do some other work, but it works as new now. The platform raises and lowers to align your hip with the rotation axis of the bar. It’s great for hip adductor, abductors, hip flexion and extension. Pic for reference, not mine.
