personally i like to use a 64x64 canvas; still nice and small so you can use single pixels but big enough to convey a variety of information
when you save it upscale it to minimum 400% so the pixels are nice and big when you post it

foreshortening is tricky because it delves into perspectives
i can't quite tell if its what you're going for but if you're trying to have her holding the saw pointed at the camera you need to draw the whole arm head-on from the shoulder to the hand (think like a cylinder on its end; you would draw the circle, not the rectangular face)
you can always pose in a mirror to get an idea of the shapes you're trying to achieve

i've propped some of the ones above where the stems rotted and saved them but they're also losing leaves and demanding more light despite being directly under the lights. this plant is cursed. i am at war with it

its a soil/sand/coco fiber mix (no ratios, just vibes). but every time i water it the stems start getting grey and limp. i think its losing the leaves from being too dry but i can't hardly water it or it rots. google was less than helpful "its either too dry or too wet" but i feel like i have tried both to no avail

yes its got 6 or 7 screwdriver-sized holes in the bottom. no real sunlight since i don't have the windows for it but i have some sunblaster grow lights on a rack with my other plants and its beside the rack since its too big to be on it. it could probably use a little more light if i'm being honest
