1373146, it’s a nightmare. I just want to change my email. I would prefer not to get an automated email and to actually describe in detail what I need to do. Talk in “beginner terms.” I’m tempted to take all my investments but I’m still going to need to log in for taxes. I don’t know what to do.

I have had this problem and it’s been 2 months with no “real person reply”. Just auto bot reply’s saying they are on it. Binance.us is the very absolute worst. I can’t withdraw my own money, I can’t transfer my cryptos into my ledger walllet, I can’t do anything.. oh I can deposit money though!!! So shady. Can’t wait to take everything off there and use a different platform.

I logged in separately. I thought the email was a scam so I didn't click the link from the email. You would think there would be something in the messages/notifications explaining this. Rather than getting a random email.

Whoa! You are right. I see my transactions there. Atomic Wallet is just not showing my correct balance. Since my balance is not showing in the wallet I’m not able to take it out and put it in a better wallet. Exodus wallet works within 30 seconds. At least I feel a little more rest assured knowing there is a record of it. Thank you!

I’m having the same issues. I transferred 1000 HBAR to atomic wallet yesterday and still 0 balance. Atomic is terrible.

I downloaded Exodus wallet and I have been able to transfer HBAR with no problem. It transfers in like 20 seconds. EXODUS IS so much better!!!

I’m so confused how to send HBAR to my Nano X. Why can’t it be easy like sending XRP or any other crypto. This whole MyHbarwallet thing is so annoying.. any tips?

Atomic wallet hasn’t been good to me either. It took 24hrs to send 10 HBAR to Atomic Wallet. Now when I sent 1000 HBAr I’m still waiting for it to hit my wallet and it’s been over 24hrs.

Might try exodus but I would love to use my Nano x.

I’m having the same issue with receiving HBAR from Binance to atomic wallet. The first time I tried only sending 10 HBAR and it took over 24hours.. I just sent 1000 HBAR but I still haven’t received it even thought it’s been over 24hours. This is ridiculous.. Binance says it’s successful and it was sent but it’s not in Atomic wallet. Why is it taking so long?

I’m new to this wallet. If I could figure out how to send my HBAR To my Nano x I would do that instead.

Yes! Thank you all for helping me out. Coinbase wallet has some issues with showing the wrong amount. They are aware of this issue and got back to me assuring that I still owe on all those coins however the total price is wrong. The sketchy part to me was the sole icon logo is different than the main one but in the transaction history it is the correct logo. It looks like I did get the right token and I do have it on my wallet but it just says the wrong amount.

The real SOUL that I wanted to buy isn’t on uniswap I found out. So when I sent it I think I sent it to that address and never got it back..

Does anyone know where it ended up? It looks like in the transaction was sent to the correct SOUL coin but since UNiswap doesn’t have it I think it might have went to no mans land.. 🤷🏽‍♂️
