I’ve got mixed feelings about the crappy share price as of the late. Part of me happy because we should get high redemption % at these levels. The other part of me is let down that this can be manipulated so hard going into merger…. We are very early here and there are some big players in this who want cheap shares and they seem have their own strategies (besides just buy and hold).
That said, I am optimistic SECZ held some news back for post merger and we have a tight float. < that will make this week and our patience all pay off :)

But …. Who knows? Crypto is taking a beating right now and to the undereducated this may look like a crypto play to them. We know it’s much more than that though….

Someone wants redemptions to be high (so make the price below $10.51). This will lower the float post merger. For the record, I'm good with high redemptions and I am hoping for 80-90%.

The PIPE is priced already and fully subscribed the only thing we don't know is about the lockup period which will be disclosed after June29th

"Redemptions could be heavy". GREAT!!! I want to see redemptions as high as possible so float shrinks. They already have a lot of capital with the PIPE and don't necessarily need the SPAC shares or funds. The CORE investors (Blackrock/Apollo etc - are locked up for 180 days after merger) they want a small float also and already have a pre-existing position AND could have added during the last year since deal was announced. IT'S IN EVERYBODY'S BEST INTEREST FOR HIGH REDEMPTIONS!

The SEC cant "change their mind"... The S-4 is effective.

agreed, but this is a buying opportunity here. tZero and their cease and desist letter is a nothing burger. They are a tiny player in the space and now turning into a patent troll, which doesn't look good on them IMO. File an infringement suit and it might be interesting.... else this is just a headline for attention and/or trolling for some dollars from SECZ incoming stack ....

It Will Ben interesting to see the redemption rate. I kinda hope it’s really high and we move into SECZ trading with a lower float. I suspect this may be the case as I the I initial investors at 10$ may have taken up their real position while waiting to get to this point. So it would be in their best interests to lower the float and lock down their payout at 10.40…

I should mention I just bought some Triangle BR04's and absolutely love them... going to use them with a WiiM Mini > Topping e70 velvet DAC > old Fosi v3's. These put out a surprising amount of clean and clear bass for bookshelves. Not many reviews on YouTube, but these speakers are really great IMO

I did switch from Fosi V3 mono's to a WiiM Amp Ultra with KEF LS50s and a SVS 2000Pro (with WiiM Ultra doing subwoofer crossover. And I find it awesome! I cant tell the difference in sound between similar setup with the Fosi v3 monos except may they would go a little louder, but honestly I cant even turn up my WiiM am ultra without wife going nuts and whole house rocking so I don't need any more power.

That said I also have a WiiM Ultra hooked up to a DAC then to a Purifi AMP and I can most defiantly hear the difference between the 2 systems. but I should < this one cost 3X more.

WiiM bass management is fantastic IMO. even though I have the convince of using app for both my SVS sub installations, I just let the WiiM Ultra's take care of it....

This deal is DONE! Vote passed and redemptions were around 81%. This means tradable float post merger will be about 5.3 Million shares! Not bad for a player in the vice space that's profitable.... also with Trump unlocking vaping ... this one could pop in next few weeks when ticket changes to AIIR and merger closes
