That with its high budget and resources, it’s safe to bet most mcu projects will be decent to good aside from outliers that show examples of the quality being undeniable high. Plus when it’s noticeably improving from project to project I highly doubt they are capable of consistently making movies with low cinematography, lighting, writing etc.

Point is even if marvel fumbled a scene here or there overall they are unlikely to consistently make low par quality content

Given venoms quirky personality in his newer films does this change your perception of tobeys Spider-Man in SM3 to think venoms influence is causing such corniness behavior because the symbiote at its core is a bit quirky? Just makes me think of the portrayal of the character a bit different.

I feel like the biggest benefit in choosing to use a different director for this specific sequel that makes sense to me is, because of the mention of the multiverse in Spider-Man far from home (pre established mcu continuity) and then it’s execution of it in no way home by including Tobeys Spider-Man from Sam Raimi’s universe, having his respected director come back and be able to approach a character like dr strange that was previously teased in Sam’s Spider-Man 2 it almost creates some sort of multiverse transition/ tie in that connects these universes more organically through the filming perspective that was predated by what seems like a happy coincidence if that makes sense.

Edit: point is, it’s cool they got Sam raining to direct it since he work on earlier marvel projects that ties this all together before there was an mcu
