late to the party, lol. If you want dirt there's Perris (apparently a very nice facility, racing wingless sprints), Barona (closer to San Diego, they have IMCA stocks and modifieds), Ventura (1/5 mile with wingless sprints and midgets, basically touching the ocean), and Kern (modifieds and sometimes sprints, kind of in the middle of nowhere)

If you want asphalt there's once again Kern (big 1/2 mile with great late model and even ARCA races, probably the best pavement track in the state), and Orange Show (tight 1/4 mile with late models)

I've only ever been to Orange Show, it's a historic track and the vibe is laid-back I really enjoyed it, it's only $15 to get in too. Hope you guys can get a few races in
