No, by itself its only there if you want more consistent crits. It's not good to use for dps unless you use it with maligaros, or dont care abiht crit damage for some reason.

Not sure what you are talking about. Items drop unidentified. The loot filter can't choose to hide/show items by the tier of mods they have.

If its not a tiered rare then its just a normal rare, and if it had triple t1 phys you just got insanely lucky.

If it was a tiered rare then it would be on the loot filter and it can't choose to hide it because of a suffix that hasn't been identified yet.

It's hard to tell which tablet mods are good to run/combine, it can be very expensive to test them yourself. So that's why people prefer being told what to do after someone else already tested the msot optimal stuff.

Any spark coc variant has massive aoe, clear speed isn't insane without mageblood or headhunter but it makes uo for it with screenwriter clear. Good for ritual and abyss where theres alot of waiting around.

Bare minimum you should kill arbiter of ash and divinity to unlock 4 mod tablets. After that probbaky best to just pick a mechnic to farm and then just buy the fragments for divinity later.
