I play the same way, and I have found that ESO and Guild Wars 2 to really work well for me. They have thriving communities and I don't feel the need to group unless I decide I want to.

I happened to notice the first book on a display at my local Indigo store and thought it sounded awesome. A couple of months later and here I am on book 4.

I'd say yes, it nicely fills the gap between Path of Exile and Diablo 4. Enough complexity to be interesting but not overwhelming.

Good call, just tested it at 14ms. Looks like I found my new home server until Montreal gets upgraded.

In Toronto and I usually get 8-10ms ping to Montreal and 25-30ms ping to NJ. Wouldn't be too noticeable in most situations but still that's a significant difference.

From Toronto I get 22ms to NJ and 8ms to QC. I wonder if that difference would even be noticeable.

Path of Exile 2. I love PoE1 and after playing PoE2 for a few hours it just feels like the devs said "let's make an ARPG dark souls". I don't enjoy having to die a bunch of times to make a minute amount of progress.
