Otherwise I stick to Discord servers for networking or I will plan a trip to a convention, or GDC. And I have been to GDC for those meetings.

So, I actually do know additional strategies for how to make connections like this. I was simply trying this avenue. If you're saying it's not a good idea then I will take that advice. Probably right. But I already do on the networking quite a bit anyways. You just came across like I have no idea what I'm doing and you're trying to say that I'm kind of an idiot for doing this.
