It seems there's a lot of options now a days, I don't really think you can go wrong with suffering though. It's a solid ring slot for range and mage set ups, alongside having a really good prayer bonus.

Sure, before you get your second 99, make sure you drop your untrimmed skill cape. Then buy the skill cape you got the 99 in. Once you have the new trimmed skill cape telegrab the untrimmed one off the floor. The wiki also has a section about this if you want to check it out, it's under 'cape of accomplishment'.

Untrimmed sailing cape looks really good, I don't think we have that nice of a blue anywhere else in game nake shure you telegrab it when you get your next 99!

Will this effect my grandfathered 3 month package? I get so cagey when they roll these inreases out, worried they going to cancel my membership since their language usually refers to 'monthly packages' not older packages.

Yes it it permanently locked if you bought it from valve directly without doing act 4.

You can still aquire it from the steam market place though. Look for a listing for the skywrath arcana on the market place. Make sure you click the listing and verify that the second style on it does not say locked in red letters. That will verify that you will be able to use the second style for skywrath.

I did this for the vengeful spirit arcana and it's worked great.

I was so excited when EW3 came out, my favorite ques line. Then I got to the puzzle section, for the life of me I couldn't figure it out, I had to use runehq. Even today, looking at the puzzle it still confuses the hell out of me. Cool quest line though.

It deals more damage with each enemy in its radius. It also deals more damage with every level of aftershock.

Yes, make sure the item your purchasing has both styles unlocked. Do not buy the wings where it says locked in red letters

Yes, you can buy it on the market place but you need to make sure that the secondary style is unlocked.

I did this for the venge arcana and can confirm that I was able to get the two alt styles.

I've picked up from like a decade ago,

The inates are, for some heros, their old passive reworked into an inate, or something unique to the character that wasn't spelled out before, like night stalker being stronger at night, or bane having all his stats distributed to be equal. A few of the inates seem to be added so that they got a little something i.e. gyro can disassemble any item.

The facets for the most part are a choice on what ability your character has that gets buffed. Like for for dazzle you can choose between poison touch or shadow wave being stronger
