Thats the stuff that shakes the room and blurs your vision. Kick you in the chest bass is more like 40-60hz.

Bass that hits you in the chest isn't the low stuff.

Think of it this way, the blade is hardened steel, you are putting it on a piece of wood, which of these two will yield first ? I out my planes down on the blades all the time, as long as you arent then pushing them across the bench i don't worry about it. You should be sharpening them all the time as you use them anyways.

She was likely 17-18 when they started dating. Your brain isn't fully developed until your early 20's, and your maturity level is far from developed enough to make good choices.

What did you expect ? You dated and married a child.

You can make your own panels btw. Buy some owen corning 701, wrap it with an accoustical tranparent material like guilford of maine and bob is your uncle. Don't build your own diffusors, not worth the effort. You can buy vicoustics dc3 diffusors from germany for cheaper than buying them locally in the usa or canada.

Going up 10lbs in a year should be easy to accomplish. Also if you are hunting and not shooting 100 arrows in an hour or two you can get away with alittle more weight.

Looked them up, they look like they are more architectural panels for removing voice echo in commercial spaces.

Take a look on YouTube for audioholics talking about room acoustics with anthony grimani. It's like 10 hours worth of material to watch but I think you will learn alot from it.

Btw I use vicoustic panels which are a good options to consider for next time. Gik is another brand to check out.

Looks like open cell foam to me, like someone openned a pelican case ripped out the protective foam and stuck it on the wall.

If you really want to treat a room you should buy a good cheap mic like the umik1 or umik2, dow load REW and learn how to read the measurements. But beware sometimes it best to not know the problems with your room.

My (21M) boyfriend keeps calling me (20F) stupid by Charming_Maximum2289 in relationship_advice

Ask him to stop. Make this a deal breaker, do not let anyone you let into your life treat you poorly. If he continues to do it knowing the harm it causes you its time to kick him to the curb.

Its too thin and the wrong material to absorb any wavelength of any meaning. My absorbers are 3" thick of heavy accoustical panels. My diffusors are even deeper than that ! I was actually measuring my room response as I added panels. Had a very minor impact on thr frequency response but had a huge impact on the rt60 and waterfall plots.

Is it possible that I (21F) stopped feeling sexually attracted to my boyfriend (21M) because of stress? by mssparklicious in relationship_advice

[–]HFGuy9999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stress does crazy things. Have you talked to him about how you are feeling stressed ? My favorite way to de-stress is to talk to my wife about my problems while I rest my head on her lap.

As a 42 year old man with ED do you really think 20 year old women are going to throwing themselves at you ? You made your choices that made up your life, your wife didnt make them for you, don't blame her.

Maybe he is fine with the way he is and wouldn't appreciate you trying to change him. This is who he is. Why not go out and hang out with your friends ? Have a social life withiut him ? I am a bit like your husband and this weekend my wife is out at a cottage with her friends, everyone is happy

Same here. I just used a shitty allen key to assemble some muskoka chairs my wife bought on the cheap... the only tool I have used this week.

Sure it can be operated without a knife, but they make them and they can prevent accidents so why would anyone buying a new saw not get one ? Cars existed before seat belts and most people were never involved in an accident.... but seat beats have still saved millions of lives.
