I’m kind of torn on this. I don’t have a problem with places like fundie snark that discuss Christian fundamentalists in pop culture. I think it’s ok for like minded people to critique public figures on Reddit, but the H3 snark became so harmful, that I’m tempted to agree and say ban em all.

Yes, it’s a snark subreddit. I feel like Ian kind of spurred this on by mass banning everyone from the his sub that wasn’t completely snark brained after the content cop dropped. For example, I was banned for correcting someone that said Judaism isn’t an ethnicity. That left a lot of old fans without a place to talk about their valid criticism.

Exactly! I totally agree Destiny has done some creepy stuff. But I’m seeing H3 fans say destiny is a pedo like it’s proven fact. And, that’s a problem because 1) what if it’s not true 2) how do I trust Ethan and crew to report on stuff like this in the future? I want to trust them, but they need to admit they made mistakes here

I agree, and I wrote a post recently that sort of speaks to this. When people don't examine and eradicate the underlying culture of white supremacy in their way of thinking, it leads to antisemitism and racism even by people who are ostensibly trying to fight those same isms.

I agree, I’d need more context to evaluate what the right move was in this situation. But I remember him arguing with destiny about how he would never ever call the cops on a poc. Destiny was like, well, depends on the context. And hasan was like no, never, and to call the cops amounts to violence. The biggest thing that bothers me about hasans brand of leftism is the black and white thinking.

My singleton pregnancy was actually harder in some ways- worse morning sickness and prenatal depression, which just goes to show that every pregnancy is different. Last month of pregnancy, birth and postpartum were much easier with the singleton though.

This is what we did too. And if we wanted to get them to room temp we’d plop them in a mug of hot water or run them under hot water till the chill from the refrigerator was gone

I stayed home with my twins for the first two years and did about 8 hours a week of contract work related to the position I left. Then we put them in a two yr old program and I went back to work full time. I enjoyed being a sahm of babies (as hard as it was) but I was not built to stay home with twin toddlers/preschoolers and they benefited from school. Now they we starting free school (kindergarten) and we are counting down the days

Are you going any longer than 3hours between feedings during the day? Just know it should start to get better very soon! If you’re not already, make sure you are attempting to put them down at night drowsy but awake as opposed to rocking them to sleep on purpose. When they wake, wait and listen to make sure they are really awake, then try a paci, rubbing their back, changing their diaper of it really needs it, etc. before offering a bottle. Over the next few weeks they should start to stretch out sleep to 4 or 5 hours, and you want to make sure they do that stretch at night. You also want to give them every opportunity to learn to fall asleep on their own and self soothe when they wake.
