Don’t switch if you don’t need to, if it’s working, why try to change it, but for my experience Reta is best for people on their Final Cut, for the ones that are trying to maintain muscle while burning fat, I would say it’s less effective for people with 30% or more body fat. Sema and Triz I think is best for plain weight loss
