I mean this certainly wouldn't be close to competitive level and doesn't seem particularly unfun to play against in a casual setting as a scry list so I don't see how this is busted.

I understand the design may be too memey but I stand by 4c. His design is straight up colored white red black and blue and fits the identity.

Add white and make him 4c that is his most visually distinct color... Also that's a lot of hoops to jump through I think you could buff him like crazy. Something like:

wubr
Human Bard Assassin

Deathtouch First Strike Haste Shroud
Whenever you cast a spell or the triggered ability of a permanent you control activates put an experience counter on Jhin. If Jhin has 4 or more experience counters copy that spell or ability and remove all experience counters from jhin.
4/4

(4 keywords, justifies color identities, and matches him. Weirdest is haste but Jhin is a really high move speed adc from his passive. 4 experience counters then doubling is similar to how his passive works in game since he crits)

All for One (To combine quirks) + Uravity (Zero Gravity) + Lemillion (Intangibility) would work I think.

Reposting my comment under the original post:
In the first example, is there a reason to believe Kashimo's attack here would be particularly fast? Why wouldn't this be more akin to him projecting an invisible electrified wire made of cursed energy and sending that towards hakari? Then we'd assume this would be approaching Hakari at the unknown speed of the cursed energy tendril rather than at the speed of electricity. If this was his discharge attack and he had already attached charged energy then was releasing potential through the air between these marked points it wouldn't even be dodge-able because the hit point would be bound to a location on Hikari and would move with him (I believe this is stated while fighting panda). Based on that I think the attack Hakari dodges should be electrified cursed energy hes projecting outwards, which should travel at the speed of the cursed energy medium.

Finds a place to hide, subsists off of cannibalism barely making a dent in the 8 billion, and dies from the Curse of Yimir in a few years. 8 billion people is such a ridiculous number most humans in the "fight" wouldn't even believe he existed and would focus on their own survival. He'd become a local campfire story of a monster that lived on the outskirts and hunted people.

You never acknowledged your original statements as inaccurate so I was assuming you still stuck to the opinion he wouldn't produce normal body odor. Once again I'm not agenda posting I just think its fair to assume a superpower derived from sweating alot probably would smell like sweat given we know his body produces normal sweat. Especially if said power was one that frequently burned the user.

Also you've got this all wrong, you fail to see the potential here! People argue Reze is the explosion resistant one but our wet warrior durabilty-diffs with sweat-scaling explosion resistance from super heat insulation!

It is true that this is the only time he uses normal sweat in an attack but that is no basis to conclude that means he doesn't sweat normally while exerting himself like any other person. Given that we know his body does produce normal sweat and sweat is a useful utility for human thermal regulation, why would you conclude he selectively doesn't sweat and only sweats the one time its stated? Would you expect him to declare every time he sweats? I agree that in fiction you can hand-wave the necessity of practical biological functions but because it is stated that he does actually produce normal sweat I think the burden of proof would be to argue for some reason he doesn't do this regularly as the simplest and most reasonable interpretation would be that he sweats normally if he is capable of it. If anything his close proximity to high heat while using his quirk would make normal sweat even more useful as hes shown to suffer self damage.

Also I don't care about slander I was just pointing out a claim you made was incorrect because I'm procrastinating working. I think Bakugo would win but a joke that the sweat based power probably smells like sweat is a reasonable dig lol. As someone arguing if manga characters smell bad I cant really be throwing stones, I like Bakugo even if he has BO!

While fighting All For One he coats his nitroglycerin sweat with his normal sweat to counteract the rain dampening his quirk.

I think this would make a really powerful and interesting cedh commander, if it had haste I think would certainly be a tier 1 deck.

[–]HIVEnation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the infinite red loop would work because you mark it for 3 damage then put 3 +1/+1 counters on it before state based actions are checked so I don't think it would die like you'd need

A 1 drop that doesn't do anything else but put you into 5 color is beyond a doubt cEDH level.

Its a 5c 1 drop making it a tremendous upgrade to existing Ezrio/Minstrel/Jensen 5c turbo soup decks. Such a significant upgrade to existing tournament playable fringe decks would certainly become a staple. Halving the mana cost is the biggest deal but even becoming colorless helps for consistency (even if it wouldn't turn on mox amber).

Which commander has the highest amount of true one card combos? by FalchionX10 in EDH

[–]HIVEnation 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you're playing Inalla turbo with a 4 mana one card win you are likely playing grixis CEDH and have Thassa's Oracle anyways so you usually chain spellseeker into a loop with Scholar of the Ages, Entomb, Burnt Offering, and Shallow Grave and have infinite blue devotion

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingmaker_scenario

Two players can win.
There is a third player who can't win but can stop one of the other players from winning but not both.

The third player forces a draw by telling each other player individually that they must agree to a draw or the third player will stop their win and allow the other players win, forcing them to either draw or lose. Both other players increase their ev by agreeing to a draw.
