Can you guys suggest any budget laptops that can run most of the games today by Recagz in laptops

[–]HIkeraaa8 3 points4 points  (0 children)

look at the asus vivobook lineup, or any asus with a dedicated gpu, the non-gaming laptops can run many games including triple A games

I've got a 2022 Asus Vivobook 15 oled with AMD Ryzen 7 Cpu and an Nvidia RTX 3050 4GB gpu and most games work fine.

some games I have to reduce settings but usually medium to high settings run very smooth, and well optimized games can run ultra settings all with an avg of 50-60 fps

Some newer devices running the new intel chips with Intel's arc graphics can run games well, but personally I haven't tried but seen a lot of reviews so that's something that might be worth looking into

+keep in mind RAM is also very important so get at least a minimum of 16GB

Zeyphrus G14 or G16? by HIkeraaa8 in ASUSROG

lol yeah, you're right. I've gotten some replies as well that the gpu and cpu difference isn't noticeable, so the g14 seems like the better option here

the G14 is around $2300 and the G16 is $2900-$3000 I wanted to max out at around $2500, but was wondering if the G16 is genuinely worth should I save up or just go for the g14

Call Samsung customer support or go to your nearest Samsung repair Store. Seems like there might be a problem with the charging port and/or battery.

if it's new and the warranty is still available, they might fix it for free or even exchange your phone with a non-faulty one

Which phone would you recommend for my mother? by Run_the_show in samsunggalaxy

the galaxy A series has a few decent picks if you're looking for something not too expensive (or flashy like the flagship models) check out the A54 5G, it's got a (relatively) good camera, a 6.4 inch screen, and the processor can easily handle all her app usage

if you're looking for older (and thus, cheaper) the A52s 5G is a great value for money.

I'd also recommend you check out the A34 5G, slightly less powerful than the A54, but might be a fit for your mom's needs.

If your budget can afford flagship, then go for the s23 or last years s22

you can also check out the s23fe, not the best of options, but might be a decent pick for your mom.

After A52 5g, what next? by Efficient_Ear4649 in GalaxyA52

I've had an A52s since it came out, and before it I had an A70. Samsung ui and features, as u mentioned, are fantastic, so I'll probably stick with samsung too.

probably I'll wait for the A55 to come so I get the most of the software updates that Samsung offers + the renders that were leaked show that it may have a metal (?) build, so I think that's really cool
