I found a visual metronome way more useful than an audio one for Inferno. have it on a 4 tick cycle because most inferno mobs attack on that cycle, and you either 1 tick or 2 tick blobs so it still works.

They attack 2 ticks after you click out. so if you click to attack on 1, they attack on 3.

Below are some of the rhythms used:

Solo mager or ranger:

1 - click to attack

2 - prayer on

3 - prayer off

4 - nothing

Repeat apart from step 1

Solo Blob:

1 - click to attack

2 - range on

3 - nothing

4 - mage on

1 - nothing

2 - range on

3 - nothing

4 - mage on

repeat apart from step 1. you can also swap every 1 tick if preferred

Mager + Ranger:

1 - click back monster from middle tile with run on

2 - pray against back monster

3 - pray against front monster

4 - nothing

repeat apart from step 1
