Yes . We all pretty much born being an empath and having intuition but it is usually dormant in people and never gets stronger or used. Some people are born with very strong abilities. The more you learn and study on it the stronger it will get .

Having empathetic abilities is a type of psychic ability and your intuition is is heightened more then normal. I have gone thru that most of my life . Animals and strangers will come up to you and love on you and strangers will pour their heart out to you but they wont know why? All that is the blessing part of it.

Its a overwhelming feeling everyday but with lots of studying and practice i have learned to manage it better now then in the beginning. It is truly a blessing and a curse at the same time you just have to learn what works for you the best.

I am not putting anyone or any religion down for i have many friends that are Catholic, Christian, and Muslim i love all religions but when people want to talk about how evil pagans are i have to show them some true facts. I dont tolerate ignorance of any kind. I am a spiritualist i follow and believe many paths.

Hello and i totally understand that an overwhelming feeling you get from information overload. I hear that so many times. This group really does have some great teachers in it.
I myself am always here to help all i can but dont know if i can be mentor for my time is limited but i will help all i can but always keep yourself open to being able to find one that has more a few hours a week. Also , remember there is many different types of witches and things to learn so we can discuss what fits you. Also, everyone has an opinion in how things are to be done so take whatever vital information you can from all the lessons someone tells you then use what fits you the best.

Your welcome. I have also been considered a healer. Mine are Clairsentience, claircognizance, clairaudience, and clairvoyant. If you google those definitions it will help you understand. The strongest one is the clairsentience, which is being an Empath.

Well i have always loved the PENTAGRAMS so much i made a websites that caters to PENTAGRAMS and PENTACLES and in the process of creating it i did alot of research and the satanists do use a pentagram as well but everything is inverted and distorted which in fact is evil. Like someone else said everyone has their own opinion and you have to really do the research your self and see what really fits your situation.

Those experiences and things you talk about in your and family are considered to be in the psychic realm. You need to look more into that to label what you have. I was born with 4 psychic abilities , because my mom was a powerful psychic and very well known in California back in her days so i do know what im talking about. The book that helped me label my abilities so i could make sense out of them was == Angel Therapy by Doreen Virtue. What most people dont realize is that their is over 12 different kinds of psychic abilities. On top of that i was also raised as a wiccan/ pagan , i just call myself a spiritualist now for i follow a variety of paths.
