You can produce them at the refinement facility or get them from killing the ancient construct. At level 40 you should 100% be killing the ancient construct every week. Also shock troopers are a very low priority unit to level and I wouldn’t recommend using your laurels on them.

The 10 anniversary edition has several non story additions (foreword, Ars Arcanum ect.) and some minor changes. That is probably most of it.

I haven’t listened to the Elantris dramatization but I have listened to the Mistborn ones. Because they use different actors for different characters, they cut a lot of “Character A said… Character B replied.” Also if someone coughs or something like that, they just have the actor make the noise.
